Welcome! 

     The Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) that oversees all residency GME training states that faculty must participate in faculty development on an annual basis to enhance their educational skills.  We have developed this faculty development fellowship to help address this important need in our educational community as a longitudinal program where participating faculty will work alongside their peers from several other family medicine residency programs throughout the valley.  Our faculty development fellowship will cover a variety of topics within the following core competencies: teaching, educator skills, wellbeing/personal development, leadership, and scholarship.
